By contacting EcoClean MKE ("EcoClean," "we," "us," or "our"), submitting a service request, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

EcoClean MKE provides eco-friendly commercial cleaning and mobile vehicle detailing services in the Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Commercial and office cleaning
• Janitorial services
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Mobile car and boat detailing
• Individual detailing services and packages

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the size of the space or vehicle, the condition of the space or vehicle, the frequency of service, and any additional services requested.

Written or verbal estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service based on actual conditions.

When you book a service with EcoClean, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location, space, or vehicle
• Ensure our team has safe, unobstructed access to the service area at the agreed time
• Remove valuable, fragile, or personal items from areas to be cleaned or detailed prior to service
• Be present or designate someone to grant access if needed

We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed service window. Delays due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs will be communicated as early as possible.

We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at (414) 364-6798 as early as possible.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice: no charge
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice: may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows or locked-out appointments: may be subject to a trip fee

For recurring commercial cleaning contracts, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior billing arrangement has been made. We accept cash and major payment methods — please confirm accepted payment options when booking.

For recurring commercial clients, invoices are issued according to the agreed billing schedule. Overdue balances may result in suspension of service.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns, which may include a re-service of the affected area at no additional charge.

EcoClean is fully insured and bonded. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during service, please notify us immediately. We will work with our insurance to address legitimate claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoClean's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

VIP maintenance detailing plans are available exclusively to clients who have previously received a full Gold or Complete detail service from EcoClean.

• VIP plans are not a substitute for a full detail service
• Plans may be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice
• Pricing for VIP plans is subject to change with advance notice to active plan holders

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from our services or these terms will be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
